GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Fasano
Investigations of Law Enf. & Correctional Officers [SPCC]; requires that all identifiable witnesses to complaint against officer be interviewed, whenever possible, prior to investigative interview of accused officer; requires that accused officer be furnished with complaint & witness statements prior to said interview; provides for waiver of right to review witness statements & provide statement by officer; provides for tolling of limitations period during emergency or natural disaster. Amends 112.532.
