GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations ; Criminal Justice ; Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bennett ; Deutch ; Aronberg ; Crist
Controlled Substances [SPCC]; prohibits sale, manufacture, alteration, delivery, uttering, or possession of counterfeit-resistant prescription blanks for said substances with intent to injure or defraud; provides additional requirements for dispensing of said substance listed in Schedule II, III, or IV; requires AHCA to create clearinghouse of info. on electronic prescribing; prescribes duties of law enforcement agencies & medical examiners when person dies, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.
