Judges/Increases [LPCC]; increases number of circuit court judges in certain circuits; increases number of county court judges in certain counties; increases number of judges in second & fourth district courts of appeal; specifies date on which terms begin for circuit & county court judicial offices created by act. Amends 26.031, 34.022, 35.06.
