GENERAL BILL by Safety & Security Council ; Snyder

Service of Process; deletes prohibition on additional fees for certain documents; provides that criminal witness subpoenas & criminal summonses may be served by special process server appointed by local sheriff or by certified process server; requires submission of affidavit before levying judgment upon real property, amends provisions re service of process in cases of domestic violence or sexual abuse, etc. Amends 30.231, 48.021, 56.041,.21,.27, 741.30, 784.046.
