Health Care; revises method for calculating disproportionate share payments to hospitals; revises time period during which AHCA is prohibited from distributing said payments to regional perinatal intensive care centers; requires APD, in consultation with AHCA, to implement federal waivers to create model service delivery system pilot project for Medicaid recipients with developmental disabilities, etc. Amends Ch. 409, 393.063,.0661. APPROPRIATION: $500,000.
