PROPOSED BILL by Criminal Justice
Department of Corrections; includes vehicles operated by DOC within term "authorized emergency vehicles" for purposes of Fla. Uniform Traffic Control Law; authorizes department to operate vehicles that have emergency lights & sirens; provides for funds in Employee Benefit Trust Fund to be used for certain additional purposes; requires that facilities constructed using funds from said trust fund provide maximum benefit for all employees, etc. Amends 316.003,.2397, 945.215,.21501.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
