PROPOSED BILL by Commerce
Workforce Services; revises certain requirements for one-stop delivery system of employment services; deletes requirement that regional workforce boards enter into memoranda of understanding with AWI for delivery of certain services; amends provision re work activities for participants in temporary cash assistance program; revises certain requirements for & duties of regional workforce boards re work requirements for program participants, etc. Amends Ch. 445.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
