GENERAL BILL by Economic Expansion & Infrastructure Council ; Cannon
Mobile Homes [FPCC]; repeals provision re authority of HSMV to adopt by rule changes in, or modifications to, mobile home standards & to enter any place where mobile homes are manufactured, sold, or offered for sale for certain purposes; requires mobile homes manufactured in this state to bear label & certification that mobile home meets or exceeds code of United States Department of Housing & Urban Development, etc. Amends Ch. 320.
