Guardianship/Criminal History Record Checks [LPCC]; revises provisions re criminal history record checks for professional & nonprofessional guardians; grants rulemaking authority to Statewide Public Guardianship Office; revises terminology; deletes obsolete language; revises language concerning investigations of credit histories of professional guardians & certain of their employees. Amends 744.3135.
