OGSR/Public Service Tax; repeals specified provision which provides for continued application of provisions re administration of municipal public service taxes on telecommunications services imposed prior to October 1, 2001, including authority of municipality to conduct audits of sellers of telecommunications services; repeals provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for information received by municipality, etc. Repeals 166.234.
