PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Government Efficiency & Accountability Council ; Attkisson

OGSR/Public Records Requests/Law Enf. Agencies; amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for request made by law enforcement agency to inspect or copy public record that is in custody of another agency & custodian's response to request, & any information that would identify whether law enforcement agency has requested or received such public record; clarifies & reorganizes exemption, etc. Amends 119.071; reenacts 119.07(1)(e).
