OGSR/Building Plans & Drawings/Agency; amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for building plans, blueprints, schematic drawings, & diagrams which depict internal layout & structural elements of building, arena, stadium, water treatment facility, or other structure owned or operated by agency; reorganizes exemption; removes scheduled repeal of exemption under OGSR Act. Amends 119.071.
