Human Trafficking/Immigrant Survivors [SPCC]; requires DCFS to provide services to immigrant survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence, & other serious crimes; provides for same state & local benefits that refugees receive; provides survivors of serious crimes with supportive services; provides that sworn statement by victim is sufficient evidence for purposes of determining eligibility for services if supported by at least one piece of additional evidence, etc.
