OGSR/Work Papers/DFS or OIR [EPCC]; amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for specified examination & investigation reports under Florida Insurance Code & related work papers, information, & lists of insurers or regulated companies; defines "work papers" to narrow exemption for work papers & other information held by DFS or OIR pursuant to examination or investigation; removes scheduled repeal of exemption under OGSR Act, etc. Amends 624.319.
