Household Moving Services; states that Household Moving Services law does not supersede mover's right to refuse to transport certain items provided terms are in estimate & contract for services; provides for biennial registration; provides for exclusion of certain liability for items packed by shipper; requires mover to offer to prepare for shipper written inventory of all items to be moved, etc. Amends 507.01-.07,.13; creates 507.055.
