Physician Workforce [SPCC]; requires that DOH serve as coordinating & planning body to assess state's future workforce needs for physicians; requires each allopathic & osteopathic physician in state to complete survey concerning physician's practice as condition of license renewal; specifies information to be furnished to DOH in physician survey; provides rulemaking authority, etc. Creates 381.4018.
