Retiree Health Insurance Subsidy; revises provisions for determination of amount of subsidy for retirees of defined benefit program & eligible participants of PEORP of FRS or their beneficiaries; provides that spouse at time of FRS participant's death is considered beneficiary for purposes of said subsidy unless different beneficiary has been designated; revises contribution paid by employers of state-administered retirement plans, etc. Amends 112.363.
