HB 9: Trespass/Railroad Property [EPCC]
GENERAL BILL by (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dick ; Richardson
Trespass/Railroad Property [EPCC]; provides that property that is owned or leased by railroad or railway company does not have to satisfy the definition of "posted land" in order to obtain benefits of specified provisions in certain circumstances; reenacts provisions re trespass on property other than structure or conveyance, for purpose of incorporating amendment to specified provision in reference thereto. Amends 810.011; reenacts 810.09(1)(a).
