Hurricane Preparedness/Sales Tax [LPCC]; provides exemption from sales & use tax for sales of certain tangible personal property for certain periods; provides exception for sales within public lodging establishment, theme park, entertainment complex, or airport; authorizes DOR to adopt rules; provides expiration date. Creates 212.0807. APPROPRIATION: $289,100.
