GENERAL BILL by Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Health Policy ; Wise
Personal Care Attendant Program [SPCC]; revises provisions governing program to provide personal care attendants for persons who have disabilities; requires Fla. Endowment Foundation for Vocational Rehab. to enter into agreement with Fla. Association of Centers for Independent Living to administer program to provide such attendants to persons who have severe & chronic disabilities; revises eligibility requirements for participation in said program, etc. Amends 413.402,.4021.
