GENERAL BILL by Wise
Single Gender Schools/Classes [SPCC]; authorizes district school boards to establish school, class, or educational program in which enrollment is limited to pupils of a single gender; provides conditions to such authorization; requires that pupils' participation in single-gender classes be voluntary.
