GENERAL BILL by Environment & Natural Resources Council ; Robaina ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Zapata ; Kreegel
Wrecker Services; provides for regulatory oversight of wrecker services by DOACS; creates Wrecker Operator Advisory Council within DOACS; directs council to prepare recommendations re education & training & present recommendations to Legislature & Agriculture Commissioner; requires wrecker companies to register annually with DOACS; requires display of certificate; requires wrecker company to accept certain forms of payment, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $693,000.
Effective Date: 07/01/2007 except as otherwise provided
