GENERAL BILL by Ethics and Elections ; Constantine

Elections [LPCC]; requires applicant for voter registration to be notified when application cannot be verified; revises duties of supervisors of elections re registration list maintenance programs; prescribes number of signatures required for candidate for special district office to qualify by petition; changes time within which person casting provisional ballot may present evidence of eligibility to vote, etc. Amends FS.
