Career & Professional Education; creates Fla. Career & Professional Education Act for purpose of improving academic performance & respond to state's workforce needs; requires that district school boards develop strategic plans to address & meet local & regional workforce needs; requires public schools & school districts to offer career & professional academies; repeals provision re Career High-Skill Occupational Initiative for Career Educ. (CHOICE) academies, etc. Amends FS.
