Motor Vehicle Liability [EPCC]; revises definition of term "motor vehicle"; increases financial responsibility limits re bodily injury or death in single accident; specifies additional requirement for proof of financial responsibility for bodily injury or death; increases limits for proof of financial responsibility for for-hire transportation vehicle certificates of self-insurance; revises required threshold limit for self-insurers, etc. Amends Chs. 316, 324, 627.
