Homestead Property Assessment/Less than Just Value; constitutional amendment to provide for assessing at less than just value property purchased within one year after sale of homestead property & established as new homestead property, limited by difference between new homestead property's just value & its assessed value in first year homestead is established not exceeding difference between previous homestead's just value & its assessed value in year of sale, etc. Amends s. 4, Art. VII.
