GENERAL BILL by Webster ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Aronberg ; Peaden

Ad Valorem Taxation [FPCC]; revises method for computing rolled-back rate; provides for higher millage rates if adopted by certain required votes of governing body of taxing authority or approved by referendum; specifies maximum millage rates that county, municipal service taxing unit, municipality, dependent district, or independent district may levy for 2007-2008 fiscal year based on per capita growth in ad valorem taxes, etc. Amends FS.
