Special Election/Property Tax Exemption/Assessment [FPCC]; provides for special election to be held January 29, 2008, pursuant to Section 5 of Article XI of State Constitution, for approval or rejection by electors of this state of amendments to State Constitution, proposed by joint resolution, re tangible personal property tax exemption, homestead property assessments, assessment of rent-restricted affordable housing & commercial & public-access waterfront property, increased homestead exemption, etc. APPROPRIATION: $60,000.
