Partial Payment of Property Taxes [RPCC]; Requires county tax collectors to accept any payment consisting of any portion of the amount billed in a tax notice by the deadline specified in the notice. Subjects unpaid amounts remaining after the deadline to penalties, interest, and other processes of law, etc.
