Cardrooms [EPCC]; Authorizes cardroom operators to host charity/celebrity poker tournaments and televised high-stakes poker tournaments at certain pari-mutuel facilities. Provides limitations. Authorizes the Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to adopt rules governing the operation of tournaments, etc.
