GENERAL BILL by Ross
Construction Contracting; Revises provisions relating to construction contracting to remove requirement for certificate of authority for business organizations, but continues requirement for certified or registered building contractor to be qualifying agent; removes secondary qualifying agent provisions & certain provisions relating to financially responsible officer; provides grounds to deny business application, etc.
