Wine Production and Shipment [EPCC]; Authorizes a winery to directly ship wine to a resident of this state only under a winery shipper's license obtained from the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco. Provides for the monthly payment of taxes to the Department of Revenue, and a monthly report to the division. Requires recipient of a direct shipment of wine to be 21 years of age. Requires proof of age and the signature of a recipient. Provides for severability, etc.
