Joint Select Committee of the Legislature; Requires Legislature to establish joint select committee to study methods of collecting court costs, fees, & fines used by circuit courts & county courts; provides for appointment of committee members; provides for designation of chair & vice chair; requires committee to submit recommendations for uniform statewide collection method for collecting such costs, fees, & fines.
