GENERAL BILL by Jenne ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gibbons ; Sachs ; Zapata
Green Building Construction; Provides for sales tax credit for green building construction; provides for corporate income tax credit for green building construction; provides for additional member of Florida Building Commission; creates Florida Green Building Act; requires state-funded major facility projects to be constructed to meet specified energy & environmental design rating systems; provides for application to public agencies, etc.
