GENERAL BILL by Reagan

Wrecker Services; Provides for regulatory oversight of wrecker services by DACS; creates Wrecker Operator Advisory Council within DACS; requires council to prepare recommendations on need for wrecker operator certification program & for educational & training programs; requires presentation of recommendations by time certain to legislative leaders & Commissioner of Agriculture; allows FHP to establish wrecker allocation system within areas designated by FHP, etc. APPROPRIATION: $693,000.
