School Food Service Programs; Creates Florida Farm Fresh Schools Program within DACS; requires department to work with DOE to recommend policies & rules to State Board of Education which encourage schools & school districts to buy fresh & local food; exempts procurement of fresh fruits & vegetables from certain bid limits; requires program to maintain compliance with rules & regulations of National School Lunch Program.
