SB 1278: Physical Therapy [SPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Lawson

Physical Therapy [SPCC]; Removes a provision relating to physical therapy treatments needed beyond 21 days if a condition was not previously assessed by a practitioner of record. Prohibits unlicensed physical therapists or those whose license has been suspended or revoked from using the letters "D.P.T." to represent themselves, etc.
