Ad Valorem Tax Assessment Value Challenges; Revises criteria for burden of proof in ad valorem tax assessment value challenges; deletes provisions relating to presumption of correctness of property appraiser's assessments; specifies no presumption of correctness of property appraiser's denial of exemption or assessment classification in actions challenging denial; provides legislative intent relating to taxpayer burden of proof.
