GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Geller

Compacts and Agreements/Ratification Authority [RPCC]; Designates the Governor as the official to negotiate and execute compacts and agreements. Provides for submission of compacts and agreements to the Legislature and the Secretary of State. Provides for submission of compacts and agreements to signatories for review and approval. Provides legislative intent that the act is prospective and does not affect any actions and does not apply retroactively, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
