Insurance/Amino Acid Formulas/Mental Disorders [EPCC]; Includes amino-acid-based formulas within the requirements concerning optional health insurance coverage for enteral formulas for medically necessary treatments for conditions such as severe multiple allergies, gastroesophageal reflux, and eosinophilic disorders. Revises the requirements for optional health insurance coverage to include medically necessary treatment and care for all diagnostic categories of mental health, etc.
