Production and Shipment of Wine; Authorizes direct shipment of wine into & within this state for personal consumption only; provides legislative intent; requires licensure of winery shippers by Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco; provides license requirements; requires recipients of direct shipment of wine to be 21 years of age; requires proof of age & signature of recipient; provides for payment of taxes, monthly report, & recordkeeping by winery shippers, etc.
