GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dockery ; Lynn ; Bullard
Wastewater Disposal/Ocean Outfalls [RPCC]; Requires the South Florida WMD to include water supply development projects that promote the elimination of ocean outfalls in its regional water supply plan. Provides for projects that implement reuse as a means of eliminating ocean outfalls to receive priority funding consideration. Prohibits the new construction of an expanded discharge to ocean outfalls, etc.
