Continuing Care Contracts; Requires continuing care providers to provide additional information in annual reports to OIR; authorizes OIR to require providers to file quarterly financial statements & submit certain contracts for review; permits removal of certain assets & records of provider from state if certain notice is provided to residents' council, etc.
