Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems [SPCC]; Provides that a member of local government who is knowledgeable about domestic wastewater treatment be added to the research review and advisory committee and the technical review and advisory panel established by the Department of Health for purposes of onsite sewage treatment and disposal system regulation, etc.
