Inmates/Substance Abuse Treatment Services [LPCC]; Requires the Department of Corrections (DOC) to provide all inmates upon arrival at a DOC reception center for initial processing with an assessment of substance abuse treatment service needs. Requires the DOC to provide inmates with individualized services. Requires the DOC to provide training to employees whose duties involve providing inmate substance abuse treatment services, etc.
