GENERAL BILL by Siplin
Paintball Guns and Markers [EPCC]; Defines "paintball gun" or "paintball marker" as a device designed and manufactured to propel, by gas or air, an encapsulated gelatin paintball. Prohibits a person from carrying a paintball gun or paintball marker in a vehicle on the highway unless the gun or marker is disassembled and the device has been emptied, etc.
