GENERAL BILL by Randolph
Voting Conflicts; Creates "Restoration of Trust in Government Act"; prohibits member of Legislature from voting upon or participating in any legislation inuring to personal gain or loss of member, his or her relative, business associate, or employer, board on which member sits, principal by whom member is retained, or parent corporation or subsidiary of such principal; requires member to disclose all such interests to applicable legislative body, etc.
