Homestead Exemption for First-Time Homeowners; Proposes amendment to s. 6, Art. VII of State Constitution to provide additional tax exemption on first homestead person establishes in this state, which is limited to lesser of 25 percent of just value of homestead or 25 percent of median value of homesteads in county where homestead is located, & which shall be reduced each year by difference between homestead's just value & assessed value until exemption is eliminated.
