GENERAL BILL by Health Regulation

Emergency Services and Care Access [SPCC]; Clarifies legislative intent regarding followup consultation and treatment after a patient is stabilized. Authorizes a hospital to transmit a patient's medical records to another emergency department prior to the transfer of a patient in order to expedite care and treatment of that patient. Authorizes the Agency for Health Care Administration to adopt rules providing for physician on-call coverage and telemedicine, etc.
