GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Banking and Insurance ; Health Regulation ; Health Regulation ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Jones

Home Health Care [SPCC]; Authorizes a home infusion therapy provider to be licensed as a nurse registry. Requires an applicant for a home health agency license to submit to the AHCA a business plan and evidence of contingency funding, and disclose other controlling ownership interests in health care entities. Requires an applicant for a new home health agency license to submit a surety bond of a specified amount to the AHCA, etc. APPROPRIATION: $896,909.
